What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted, hidden or locked. If you were on Pro with eight accounts and go back to Free, all eight stay exactly where they are and stay fully editable and exportable. The free limits only stop you creating a ninth. This is written into the app's entitlement rules, not a promise we make on a marketing page.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. There is no countdown and no expiry. Three accounts, three budgets and five recurring bills covers rent, salary and a few subscriptions, which is genuinely enough for a lot of people — and it's the setup that makes the habit stick.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. The app works completely offline with no sign-up. You only need an account if you want cloud sync, which is a Pro feature and exists so a second device or a new phone can pick up where you left off.
Is the app lock behind the paywall?
Never. Security is not an upsell. The app lock and biometric unlock are available on every plan, always.
Does Completo connect to my bank?
No, and it isn't planned. There are no banking credentials to store, leak or revoke. Everything is entered by you or imported from a CSV you already have.
