Terms of Service

Products are delivered digitally through download links, email, or your customer dashboard.

Product descriptions, screenshots, and compatibility notes are provided so you can review the item before buying.

You are responsible for making sure you have the required software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, before purchase.

Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own personal use or internal commercial/business operations.

Personal use means using the template for your own household, learning, planning, or personal finance work.

Commercial use means using the template inside your own business or client workflow. It does not include selling, sharing, distributing, or presenting the template itself as your deliverable.

You may edit the files for your own permitted use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, or package the files as your own product.

Paid products are processed through Stripe Checkout. Discount codes and offers are applied in Checkout when available.

Digital products are delivered through email, signed download links, and/or your customer dashboard after successful payment.

If a payment fails or is declined, no paid order should be created and no paid product access should be granted.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Download access is protected by short-lived signed links. We may apply reasonable daily or lifetime download limits to prevent unauthorized sharing and abuse.

We may suspend or remove access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.

If you delete your account, dashboard access is removed. Keep your downloaded files before deleting your account.

Paid digital products are final-sale once purchased and delivered, except where a non-waivable law requires otherwise.

If a file is missing, a download does not work, or the product materially differs from its product page, contact support so we can help resolve it.

For paid digital templates, checkout starts immediate digital delivery after payment.

Where the law allows, by completing checkout and accessing the download, you ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins.

This does not limit any non-waivable rights for defective, misdescribed, or unavailable digital content.

Templates are educational and organizational tools. They are not financial, tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice.

You are responsible for reviewing calculations and decisions with a qualified professional where appropriate.

We may update these terms as products, features, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page shows the latest version.
