Because digital files can be accessed, copied, and used immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of required software, or products that match their description.

Please review the product page, screenshots, description, format, and compatibility information before buying.

If your download link does not work, your file is missing, or the product materially differs from the product page, contact support and we will work to fix the issue.

At our discretion, we may replace the file, restore dashboard access, provide an updated download link, or issue another remedy where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you by law.

Digital templates are made available immediately after checkout. Where applicable law permits, your right to withdraw may end when immediate digital delivery begins with your consent and acknowledgement.

If a product is defective, unavailable, or materially different from its product page, contact support. Non-waivable statutory rights still apply.

Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or payment disputes may result in loss of account access and download access.
